The Cork Street Apt is Perfect! for your stay in Dublin City. Wonderfully located in the heart of The Liberties, a quarter steeped in the original history of Viking and Medieval Dublin, the Apt is ideal for 2 to 4 adults. With 2 double bedrooms, you will enjoy a spacious, warm, beautifully appointed and superbly comfortable h-from-h where we’ve designed in simple but sophisticated lines and comforts, and a charm not always found in general rental options.

Our location is also excellent – it is so easy to do local grocery shopping, or hop in and out of the City Centre by bus. Or step back and simply ‘read the papers’ over a hot coffee on the front balcony overlooking oak trees across the street. Or ponder the interesting Queen Anne period house with its bell-tower & clock just across too – we are lucky to overlook this small, charming Dublin parkland across the street, home to a variety of entertaining and chirping birds throughout the year!

With superbly comfortable new Queen beds, each bedroom is fully prepared prior to your arrival along with a generous supply of fresh towels and bathroom toiletries. Extra linens and duvets are in left in the Store Room for your use. There are 2 full bathrooms: Bedroom #1 is ensuite with walk-in Shower Cabinet, WC & WHB. The Main bathroom located a little further along from Bedroom #2 also offers full WC, WHB and full-size bathtub with Shower overhead. The bedrooms are especially peaceful to sleep in – located at the back of the apartment overlooking a pleasant garden/courtyard. A little further across the sky you can’t miss a wonderful view of the Guinness Storehouse and its famous Rooftop Bars!

Returning to front of the Apartment there is a spacious, bright and very pleasant Sitting Room / Dining Area facing out onto Cork Street below, plus a top view of the small parkland and bird sanctuary across. Here, a full-length double-glazed window system and side door opens onto the small balcony outside.

Just off the Sitting Room is a separate, fully fitted galley Kitchen, kitted out with top mod cons – Neff oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, food processor, cooking utensils, delph ware, glasses and cutlery. Also here is a full size washing machine with integrated dryer.

A polished walnut floor, dining table, 2 sofa systems, coffee table, laptop desk with overhead lamp, a selection of interesting books & board games, 40″ smart TV and stable hi-speed broadband Wifi & satellite/Cable TV services all complement a comfortable haven for your time in Dublin. Although naturally warm, there are robust Storage Heaters throughout the Apt for when the weather turns chilly, easily turned on when heat is needed. The Apartment is on the third floor of a small private complex (the Barley House) located on the corner junction of Cork Street with Marrowbone Lane. In addition to the stairway, there is an elevator/lift almost to our hall door. There is also private parking available for 1 car – by request when booking please.

Overall, everything is perfect: you have a stable command center at the heart of your Stay in Dublin City and we pay serious attention to the details so that you can settle in firmly to get going with your work and enjoy your time out and about the busy city outside.

The Guinness Storehouse, Teeling Whiskey Distillery, Newmarket Square Markets, Francis Street Antique Shops, St Patrick’s Cathedral, Christ Church Cathedral, Thomas STreet National College of Art, famous Dublin Castle, the Chester Beatty Library  and Trinity College/University- are all just ‘a stones throw away’ from Cork Street. Our location is truly remarkable for a stay in deep, real Dublin City and easy to move about from with a wonderful array of interesting heritage sites and places of great antiquity to delve into in your time here, enjoy, :).

Bedroom Linens supplied: 2 double bedrooms with a super-king bed in each, a plentiful supply of fresh bed linens, duvets, pillows, cushions, throws, comforters, etc.

Also supplied: all towels, hair dryers, hair styling equipment, starter toiletries, bathroom tissue, many thoughtful extras & creature comforts.

Bed fully made up prior to arrival.

Services & Utilities: standard use of electricity, water supplies, heating oil, equipment & appliances, WiFi, & cable TV services are included in the Rental price.

Top-up fees for excess use or repairs payable directly by Guests.
