A spacious, traditional Irish Kitchen is integrated with the bright, elegant Sitting Room cum Dining Area, where there is a single sofabed magically in here too – everything as solid as a rock, gracious and so comfortable.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of this 3-storey Townhouse, with the bedroom to the back of the apartment, meaning it is delightfully quiet for a great night’s sleep. From this, French doors lead into a Dressing Room cum Utility Room which has a full-size washing machine & separate dryer, and directly off this a beautiful crème-marfil Bathroom with underfloor heating, wc, whb & double-size Walk-in shower cabinet. All very new & stylish.
To the front of the apartment is a delightful bright Sitting Room overlooking the pretty front gardens – everything very smart, stylish and so comfortable for your stay. Within this space is a generous newly fitted / integrated Kitchen – perfect in its workings and very attractive to use. Arriving by train or coachbus –
Devon Place is on the corner junction of The Crescent with Palmyra Park.
– it is a mere 5-min taxi ride from the Train or Coachbus stations depending on traffic; taxi ranks are just outside those Arrival Points, and cost of the journey should be no nore than euro8/- to 10/- only.
Please request to be dropped off at this junction of The Crescent with Palmyra Park, and locate #3 Devon Place – you will see the Your Time in Ireland nameplate in the green hedging there / front railings of the house – along with clear signage there too for DV Mannion & Co Chartered Accountants.
Don’t let taxi drivers take you to Devon Park out in Salthill!
