A fully equipped office, delightful ensuite off one bedroom, and a lovely outdoor balcony for taking the sun are some useful extras within the house.

Our location on The Crescent offers excellent proximity to the University of Galway, the busy General Hospital, IDA/Dangan business parks and Galway’s ring roads for heading to the bigger Shopping Centres/Malls, and Ballybrit / Parkmore Enterprise & Medtech areas of the city.

The Coach House is beautiful to return to after a day’s work – Salthill awaits just 5-minutes away for a delicious daily swim in the Atlantic, a fabulous run, a good cycle or a wonderful walk. Parking: €55/per car/per week.

Bedroom Linens supplied: 2 double bedrooms with a super-king bed in each, a plentiful supply of fresh bed linens, duvets, pillows, cushions, throws, comforters, etc.

Also supplied: all towels, hair dryers, hair styling equipment, starter toiletries, bathroom tissue, many thoughtful extras & creature comforts.

Bed fully made up prior to arrival.

Services & Utilities: standard use of electricity, water supplies, heating oil, equipment & appliances, WiFi, & cable TV services are included in the Rental price.

Top-up fees for excess use or repairs payable directly by Guests.
