Features of the Apartment
The Apt is located on the ground floor of the 3-storey Townhouse – with its bedroom to the back meaning it is delightfully quiet for a great night’s sleep! From the bedroom tall French Doors lead into the creme marfil bathroom with its double-size walk-in power shower, belfast sink, and utility corner with full-size washing machine & separate dryer. In addition to the underfloor heating here, the window opens onto rose bushes outside with more light dancing in from the overhead skylight, all lending a unique atmosphere to this lovely apartment.
A separate fully-fitted, integrated Kitchen is perfect in its workings – is fully euipped and lovely to work in for serving up a tasty snack, supper or dinner! Coming from Sea Road: Devon Place is around the corner, starting just after lane entrance where Montpellier Terrace ends.
Coming from the St Mary’s Road: Devon Place starts just at/after the corner junction of Palmyra Park with The Crescent.
Coming from Fr Griffin Road: turn right at traffic lights just after Joyce’s Supermarket, drive across mouth of Sea Road and immediately indicate / park on right side of street – this is the small run of Devon Place houses on The Crescent.
Our nameplate is on front garden railings of the house, with signage there too for DV Mannion & Co Chartered Accountants.
Warning: don’t be persuaded to go to an area called Devon Park out in Salthill; this cd mean a 10- 20-min frustration of getting lost…
